That's so funny! I did the exact same thing on the exact same griddle at the same time (only 3000 miles away). We must be psychically connected. Or maybe you and Jeff are connected because I, like Brian, was the one cooking.
Nothing better than sleeping in on a holiday and having my husband cook pancakes for brunch. Yum!
